Muscle in on the Vaal Marina

FIVE: ADJOINING STANDS WITH 515M OF WATER FRONTAGE TO BE SOLD

-

Popular holiday-home choice for people living in Gauteng.

Holidaymakers, property developers and entrepreneurs won’t want to miss an auction by Park Village Auctions (PVA) of five waterfront Vaal Marina properties with zoning for use as a public resort.

PVA’s Nic Techmann believes the sale “ticks all the boxes” for forward-thinking investors.

Techmann said: “Waterfront property, sea or riverside, will forever be in demand, primarily because there is a limited amount of stock.

“The Vaal area, in particular, is a popular holiday-home choice for Gauteng and Pretoria residents due to its proximity and tranquil environment, renowned for yachting and several other watersports.

“Then, there is the fact that the consolidated properties have consent use granted by the Midvaal municipality to be developed as a public resort.

“Whether one invests intending to set up a home away from home or to develop the land as a residential estate or resort, here’s an opportunity too good to miss.”

The sale comprises five adjoining stands – portion Nos 37; 38; 39; 40 and 41, Vaal Marina, Free State. They are situated on the western banks of the Vaal Dam and offer 515m of water frontage. Combined the properties measure 12 384ha.

The auction is scheduled for on November 7.
