Who dropped the vaccine ball?

In the UK, about four million people have already received their Covid-19 vaccination jab. More than 50 000 more people are being vaccinated every day.

Here at home, President Cyril Ramaphosa is talking about maybe having the vaccine by the second quarter of 2021 – that’s

April or May. Maybe.

There appears to be no real plan as to how to identify, reach and vaccinate over 40 million South Africans.

What the hell was he and his

“top team” doing from April last year? Who dropped the ball?

And, as a final twist, Ramaphosa wants to tax us to pay for the vaccine.
