If Jacob Zuma does not go before the Commission of Inquiry into State Capture and manages to get to Russia, all taxpayers’ money that he, his wives and kids receive must be stopped. He can live off his íll-gotten gains. If he decides he need urgent “medical attention” in Russia, he must take his wives and children with him. We would use this money for more important matters.
