The ‘Please call me case’ is a load of hogwash. The individual concerned was an employee of Vodacom and received a salary every month so, if he came up with an idea to enhance the service for the Vodacom clients, he got paid a salary every month. If every employee who brought new ideas into the workplace had to sue their employer, the courts would have to be open 24/7.
