ADB’s green footprint large in Africa

The African Development Bank (ADB) says it mobilised $1.7bn of climate-mitigation finance – more than any development institution on the continent – in 2012. Last year, multilateral development banks provided almost $27bn in financing to address the challenges of climate change, it said yesterday. –
