Enjoy the sounds of Zano

SINGER HEADS TO CAROUSEL Zano has been on the local music scene since he was hired by the late Lebo Mathosa to be her backing vocalist.

Zano and his band is set for a Mega Soulful Night on Saturday at Carousel, ending off the month’s entertainment on an uplifting note. Fans can look forward to seeing Zano perform songs from his latest album, Colours Of My Soul, as well as some of his older material.

Colours Of My Soul includes some of his stand out hit singles such as No Lie, with the UK house duo The Layabouts, Oceans Apart with Thiwe, and his current single doing the rounds on radio locally and in the continent Khethe Wena.

Zano has been on the local music scene since he was hired by the late Lebo Mathosa to be her backing vocalist. From there, he ventured into songwriting, production and vocal arranger for all of Lebo’s live performances and tours.

He has also worked with some of the biggest names in house music, both locally and internationally. Some of the producers he’s worked with include DJ Christos, Vinny Da Vinci, Euphonik, Ralf Gum, AtJazz, Jullian Gomes, DJ Ganyani, DJ Merlon, and Black Coffee.

His show at The Carousel’s Cheyenne Saloon promises to be a goody. Tickets cost R50 and are available at Computicket and at the door on the evening. Doors will open at 7pm. The show will start at 9pm.
