Union demands minister speaks

The United National Transport Union is calling on President Jacob Zuma to “immediately” demand a public explanation from Transport Minister Dipuo Peters about the latest Passenger Rail Agency of SA (Prasa) debacle.

“Just like labour the public no longer believes a word from Prasa’s management or its minister. There seems to be a deliberate attempt to protect whoever is responsible for the billions lost due to irregular tenders.” – Citizen reporter
