Time to control the ‘money horse’

Will our ministers, who earn enviable salaries, be taxed at the new rate of 45%?

It is possible their packages are so lucrative that the new tax rate doesn’t worry them?

If all the wasteful and unauthorised expenditure that government departments are guilty of was eliminated and those savings added to the fiscus, then we would probably have a surplus.

Then our pensioners could have a decent increase which has sorely been needed for years. Come on, Gordhan, grab the reins of the money horse and control it.
