Zille situation is hypocrisy at its best

-

Mmusi Maimane, pictured, has been shown the middle finger by real DA leaders and the funders who determine their agenda.

The so-called political settlement reached between Helen Zille and the DA is like rubbing salt into a wound. It also exposes that blacks are only good when voting and filling the streets during the DA’s protests.

I feel sorry for those blacks who were duped by the DA and thought that it was an alternative party for all.

Only last Friday we were told that her disciplinary hearing would resume sometime later and we woke up to this.

James Selfe has contradicted his so-called leader around the suspension issue and his word stands against that of Mmusi Maimane.

Surely this political settlement was reached without Selfe being part of that meeting and we are yet to hear from Maimane the reasons behind the settlement.

They are advocating the removal of ANC leaders when they are caught on the wrong side, but they defend their own at all costs. Is this not hypocrisy at its best?

My fellow black brothers and sisters, let’s take this and other inaction by the DA as a lesson.

All the defenders of apartheid have not been punished but they claim to embrace change in our country.

We thought they would deal with Zille and many other racists in the DA.

The suspension was just a smoke screen to divert the attention this matter has attracted.
