Ringo live in Gauteng

One of South Africa’s most popular performers, Ringo Madlingozi, will perform live at the Silverstar Casino on July 14, 2017.

A legend on the South African music scene, Ringo has scooped multiple awards for his albums.

These include the South African Music Awards (Samas) and the Kora All African Music Awards, where he won the Best Male Artist in Southern Africa and the African Continent Awards.

The Cape Town-born musician has collaborated with artists like Hugh Masekela, Simply Red, Teddy Pendergrass (The Power of One) and Caiphus Semenya.

He also featured on the The soundtrack for the movie Lion King.

He was the supporting act for Eric Clapton at the King’s Trust Concert in Swaziland and Congolese singer Papa Wemba, who toured SA in 1996.
