SA correct to let Al-Bashir go

It seems the International Criminal Court (ICC) has a problem when it comes to this continent. The ANC has made so many mistakes up to this point, but letting Sudanese president Omar al-Bashir, pictured, go was the best and most wise decision they ever took.

The ICC must understand that South Africa is a full member of African Union (AU). Being a member of the ICC will never make South Africa put it before the AU.

Most of Africa’s civil wars are caused by organisations like the ICC and United Nations. If they want Al-Bashir so badly, why don’t they go to Sudan and arrest him?

If South Africa had arrested him, that would have been a betrayal to the whole continent and African countries would turn against South Africa.

I think the AU needs to advise their members about the consequences of joining these European-controlled organisations because some of their decisions
