AT SUN CITY TO MEET FANS

Fans of the outrageous blockbuster franchise, Despicable Me, are in for an exciting treat at Sun City. Gru and one of his Minions, Mel, will be at the North West resort tomorrow, Saturday and Sunday to meet fans and promote their new Despicable Me movie.

They will make grand appearances across the resort. Fans can meet the famed Despicable Me characters and have photos taken with them. There is no cost to join the fun.

Illumination Entertainment and Universal Pictures’ worldwide blockbuster Despicable Me introduced audiences around the globe to the super villain Gru and his mischievous Minions.

After becoming father to orphans Margo, Edith and Agnes, Gru gave up his life of crime and turned from super bad to super dad.

In Despicable Me 2, Gru was recruited by top agent Lucy to join the Anti-Villain League.

Gru thought romance was out of his reach until he fell hard for his super spy partner, now wife, Lucy.

In June 2017, Gru, Lucy and the girls return with new characters and some big surprises.

There is a new super villain on the scene whose exploits causes Lucy and Gru to lose their jobs.

The Minions who are desperate for a life of crime decide to leave Gru and go off in search of a new big boss.

We also discover Gru has a twin brother, Dru, who is fantastically wealthy, charming and sophisticated.

Despicable Me 3 has plenty of new storylines, new characters, new plot twists and Despicable Me sibling rivalry.

And it's all delivered with Illumination’s trademark sweet and subversive style of comedy.
