The Ivory Coast host Morocco in Abidjan this evening, with all to play for in the race for Russia 2018.

Herve Renard’s Morocco need just one point to top Group C and make it to the finals, while the Elephants must win the match to overtake the Atlas Lions and beat them to the finishing line.

Renard, of course, coached the Ivory Coast to victory in the 2015 Africa Cup of Nations and Moroccao fans will no doubt hope his inside knowledge of the Elephants will help their side get what they need in Abidjan.

The Atlas Lions have been rock-solid in defence in Group C so far, not conceding a single goal, and if that continues, then they will be Russia-bound.

Players like Crystal Palace’s Wilfried Zaha and Sporting Lisbon’s Seydou Doumbia may just have something to say about that, however, and I am going for a narrow Ivorian win.
