Media must give Trump his dues

Former US president Jimmy Carter, a liberal Democrat, stated that the media was more biased against President Donald Trump, pictured, than any other president he knew.

He also said that Trump’s relationship with Putin did not bother him and that there was no evidence that Russia changed any votes in the election. All the brouhaha surrounding Trump so far has come to naught.

flop.

Very few, if any, of the mainstream media have let their readers know of Trump’s successes. They dare not as this would enhance his stature as president.

Since January 2017, 1 290 000 jobs were created. In July alone, 209 000 were created. Corporate earnings have soared. The stock market has hit an all-time high. The Dow went up by more than 3 600 points since his election.

Perhaps he should be given much more credit for his efforts.
