Why Telkom is known as ‘Helkom’

-

My LTE contract with Telkom was expiring and I wanted to go over to fibre. As there is a waiting period, I recently bought 60GB pay-asyou-go data from Telkom for R555.

Five days later, however, the data was finished! Gone.

My contract was for 50GB (R699) and it lasted a whole month, but 60GB (R555) lasted less than a week.

I lodged a complaint with the unfriendly and uncooperative staff just to receive a SMS a few days later that it was “resolved”.

No explanation was given and to try and find out what happened to my expensive data, is totally impossible.

Now I understand why people
