Star adds second director

Steinhoff Africa Retail (Star) has appointed Wendy Luhabe as a director on its board. Luhabe is the co-founder of money manager Women Investment Portfolio and an ex-chairwoman of the Industrial Development Corp. She’s also sat on several boards including Vodacom, Africa’s largest wireless carrier by market value. – Bloomberg
