Contract Number: Our City Our Block - Urban Designer/Architect: OCOB 002/ARCH Quantity Surveyor Contract Number: Our City Our Block - Urban Designer/Quantity Surveyor: OCOB 003/QS Consortium of Engineers (Comprising Civil, Structural and Electrical Engineers) Contract Number: Our City Our Block – Engineers: OCOB 004/ENG for the detailed design and implementation of selected precinct-scale JDA Our City, Our Block Projects in 2018/19, 2019/20 and 2020/21. The JDA is requesting proposals from experienced companies, consortiums and joint ventures to render the professional team services required for the detailed design and implementation of the JDA’s Our City, Our Block projects over three financial years. The professional services must be provided as a consortium or joint venture with all services found between the companies. Documents may be collected from 1 August 2018 between 12:00 to 17:00, thereafter during working hours Monday to Friday (between 08:00 and 17:00). The physical address for the collection of tender documents is the Johannesburg Development Agency, Ground Floor Reception Area, The Bus Factory, 3 Helen Joseph Street (formerly President Street), Newtown 2000. The last day for selling and collecting tender documents will be 22 August 2018. A non-refundable tender fee of R250.00 must be deposited in the JDA’s bank account as follows: Standard Bank; Account No: 000198366; Branch Code: 000205. The closing time for receipt of tenders is 12:00 on Friday, 31 August 2018. Telegraphic, telephonic, telex, facsimile, e-mail and late tenders will not be accepted. Tenders must only be submitted on the tender documentation that is issued. The retyping of the tender document is not permitted. Requirements for sealing, addressing, delivery, opening and assessment of tenders are stated in the tender data. The JDA’s selection of qualifying tenders will be at the JDA’s sole discretion and will be final. The JDA does not bind itself to accept any particular tender and correspondence will only be entered into with the successful tenderer.
