After 30 years, ANC still has no clue

-

ANC’s democracy: Cyril Ramaphosa concedes ANC “mistakes”, but claims opposition wants to undo gains made in the past 30 years. And a popular slogan is: “When you leave the ANC, you will find that it’s very cold outside.”

They like to quote from the past tense of our country’s history to camouflage their selfish, personal gains in their election campaigns.

Listen carefully, it is all about the survival of the ANC.

In our country’s present tense, after 30 years of “mistakes” by the ANC government, it is obvious that they have revealed, in their arrogance and ignorance, that they have no clue about what democracy is. Apartheid cannot still be blamed for their incompetency.

Corruption and crime have escalated and seems to be completely taken over, in control of syndicates; B-BBEE is a farce, comrades, nepotism and the right “friends” can provide you with a prime position. Our economy is at its lowest level yet; from Eskom up to Sassa grants – there are just empty promises.

Our education system has been scrambled by the ANC into a huge mess just because they wanted to do so.

My mother taught me to never measure success with materialistic things that you achieve. Success is to be able to make changes in other people.

Nelson Mandela’s mantra was that education is the most powerful weapon one can use to transform the world.

To be able to vote is a privilege. Don’t regard your vote as a must for any political party. This is the one time that your secret, for whom you want to vote, is your own decision.

On your ballot paper, there will be just your cross next to the party of your choice and nobody can force you to admit your vote. There is no personal proof. Retired teacher
