Like most ANC officials, Defence Minister Thandi Modise is unqualifie­d to lead the SA National Defence Force. Sending our troops to the DRC was a huge mistake. Our soldiers do not have expert training for war and their weapons seem to be inadequate. Modise will do better if she manages her farms better so that the animals do not starve.
