Amodern, five-storey building in Constantia Kloof’s Quadrum Office Park will go under Park Village Auctions’ (PVA) hammer on Tuesday. The news was announced by PVA’s director Clive Lazarus, who described the immovable property as a “prime investment opportunity”.
