Etienne, if there’s a “Citizen Broederbond” I assure you I’m not a member. The only person remotely connected with The Citizen whom I’ve ever met is Martin, who delivers The Citizen to my door and he’s not actually employed by The Citizen as he works for a delivery contractor.

Etienne, maybe certain people’s letters are published daily because they submit one or more letters each day.

Mashatile says – on the Gaza situation – that the ANC will not condone genocide. But the party is deafeningly quiet on the Russian genocide taking place in Ukraine. Craig

Pravin Gordhan has been answerable to no-one re SAA, Mango, Eskom, etc. One wonders how many billions his intransigence has cost the people of SA. How many others are there who are above the law and not held accountable? How many? How much?

The ANC were quick to criticise Steenhuisen for requesting top countries to assist in fair elections. Peculiarly, they were quiet on Corné Mulder criticism of Cyril Ramaphosa’s remarks of the Multi-Party Coalition’s hopes of winning the elections clandestinely. Ja, truth hurts doesn’t it? Papillon

The MK party is the retirement group of the ANC. The ANC itself are the Lotto players and the EFF are the kindergarten soldiers of the ANC. Any vote for any of them will basically be for the ANC.

Give me some of that good stuff independent political analyst Sandile Swana appears to have been smoking. Then again, not a bad idea if the US did take over the country. It could only improve on the ANC’s disastrous leadership. Leigh

The NHI hardly works in Britain. It will never work in SA.

They blew up Medupi, now they want nuclear. Heaven help us!

Graham W, had you read what I was responding to, you would not have displayed your ignorance. Observer

This government is too soft on Zuma. How can Zuma and his MK party be allowed to threaten the country with violence if things don’t go their way?
