FUN FAIR

ADOLPH Schauder Primary in Schaudervi­lle will host its annual fun fair tomorrow from 5pm to 9pm and on Saturday from 9am to 4pm. The festival will include a fun-filled day with music, celebrity appearance­s, food stalls and other activities. Gino Soul and The Stone Sisters will sing and the group Deja Vu will dance at the festival.

A fun run will also take place which starts from Moore Dyke sports grounds. The highlight of the festival will be a celebrity appearance by Vinette Ebrahim, also known as Chamaine, from 7de Laan on Saturday from noon. Entrance fee is R10. Inquiries: Vernon Hay, (041) 451-4406.

DRAMA FESTIVAL

TWO shows will be performed at the NMMU drama festival Umkonga,

Omhels Through The Arts at Goldfields Auditorium, North Campus today. Ghost of Glenmore will be performed at 1pm and Behind Closed Doors at 3.15pm. Tomorrow,

the plays Mzansi: Khaya Lami will be performed at 1pm, Ghost of Glen

SYMPHONY CONCERT

THE NMMU Department of music presents a wind symphony concert with Paul Richard (Binge saxophone concerto), Miranda Ncwane (vocals) and Gareth Williams as conductor at Kingswood College Chapel, Grahamstow­n on Saturday at 4pm. URBAN RUN

TACKLE the city for charity by entering the Nelson Mandela Bay Urban Run on Saturday September 26 at noon for kids between 6 and 14, who will run between 2 and 3km, and Sunday September 27 at 9am for competitor­s 15 and over, at the Donkin Reserve, Central.
