Night race set for next week

THE last round of the Town Lodge Business Night Relay will take place on Tuesday at the Nelson Mandela Bay Stadium, starting at 6pm.

The event has been well supported this winter and will be looking for a record attendance of running and walking teams on Tuesday.

“We’ve enjoyed a fantastic winter of night racing with near perfect weather on each of the race nights to date,” series director Michael Zoetmulder of Zsports Event said.

Gates open from 4pm for late registration and the collection of team batons and race numbers.

The race kicks off at 6pm.
