SOARING SUCCESS: Oliver Buchner, 21, and Bianca Zoonekynd, 24, high-five in mid-air to celebrate the opening of South Africa’s third Jump4Joy indoor trampoline park in Port Elizabeth.

YOU will literally be bouncing off the walls at the Jump4Joy Trampoline Park that opened in Framesby yesterday.

Exciting, fun and thrilling are what residents and holiday-makers in Port Elizabeth said of the park.

And Jump4Joy – a first for the Friendly City – had people of all ages streaming through its doors.

It has wall-to-wall trampolines, a slam dunk area and a foam pit.

The Framesby park is the third Jump4Joy to open in South Africa.

“It is an excellent family-oriented spot where people of all ages can have outrageous fun while enjoying the benefits of exercising,” owner Kureshin Reddy said.

Kelly, 14, and Tayla Byars, 11, who are visiting from the US, were thrilled with the park.

“It is a lot smaller than the one back home, but there are a lot more areas to have fun in – like the foam pit,” Tayla said.

Darren Bailes, 31, of Uitenhage, brought his three- and five-yearold sons to the trampolines.

“I heard about the place at work and decided to bring my family. My sons had a lots of fun,” he said.

The fun park requires visitors to sign a waiver agreement, but trained marshals are also at hand.
