THE Baakens Food Truck Friday is open today from 4pm to 9pm in Lower Valley Road. More than a dozen owner-operated trucks, selling foods ranging from gourmet burgers to artisanal ice lollies, vegetarian meals, Halaal cuisine and more will be there.
