EP BOWLS: The Perfect Delivery interprovi­ncials were played in Cape Town, Margate and Maritzburg from March 13-17. The EP open women ended in fourth position on 68 points; open men in fifth on 62.5 points; EP B women in eighth on 51 points, EP B men won their section on 83.5 points; EP senior women seventh on 58 points and the EP senior men in fifth position on 68 points. The EP B men played in the finals against Boland. It was a nail-biting final with Boland taking gold and EP silver.

THE WOODS: Men’s Thursday pairs, the following non-Woods skips have confirmed their participat­ion: D Du Plessis, S Jones, W Killian, P Minnie, S Hatting, J Bernstein, V van der Berg, H Koornhoff, M Vagwhalia. There have been some skips who have indicated that they were interested but have not yet confirmed their entry.
