No action on tweet changed

I WONDER why no action is taken against the Guptas’ ANN7 TV channel for the way it is handling the Helen Zille tweet.

The channel repeatedly quotes her on the screen as saying, “Colonialism was not at all bad”, whereas she said, “Colonialism was not all bad”, which is completely different.

Newspapers are forced to correct their mistakes. The Herald even has a feature headlined “Getting it right”.

Why is ANN7 allowed to get away with this deliberate and deplorable distortion?

The channel is known for its blatantly biased news coverage and comment by a group of so-called analysts and experts, who all toe the same line.
