RELEGATION-threatened ABC Motsepe League side Young Ideas are faced with a tough fixture this weekend as their fight for survival continues.

The Motherwell soccer side play log-leaders EC Bees in a much anticipated match at the Bhisho Stadium tomorrow.

Ideas shocked everyone last weekend when they thrashed seventh-placed Walter Sisulu University 5-1, which saw them move to 14th position.

They will be hoping to pull off another surprise victory this weekend against Bees.

The log leaders are in a fight of their own as they chase league honours. Bees know they cannot afford any slipups at this stage.

Only a point separates Bees from second place Future Tigers, who have also set their sights on the trophy.

The bottom trio Ideas, Subs and Morning Stars are all on 21 points, but Ideas have a better goal difference, putting them at the top of the bunch.

Stars’ 3-1 win against Highbury last weekend saw them move up to 15th, while Subs dropped to 16th place. Fixtures: Tomorrow 3pm.
