K9 BEACH EVENT

DOG owners are invited to take part in the Sardinia Bay K9 Academy Beach Walk and Run at Sardinia Bay on Sunday from 7.45am to noon. Meet in the parking lot at Sardinia Bay. Proceeds go to the Chipembere Rhino Foundation. The 2.5km and 5km beach runs are open to dogs, but pets are not permitted on the 6km, 10km and 15km events through the reserve. FACES OF WALMER

ARTEC gallery will host the Masifunde Learner Developmen­t Academy of Creativity art exhibition, Faces of Walmer, until June 2. Masifunde educates pupils in primary and high school to become change makers and role models who are enabled to take over responsibi­lity in their communitie­s, and who share their learning with their peers.
