Rubbish strewn on verges

THIS is the sight, left, that greeted me in Humewood on Tuesday morning.

The chap in the background is tidying up the rubbish on his own, wearing gloves and a mask. He already had about 10 black bags filled and put them in the side entrance to the flats.

I do not know on what days rubbish is collected anymore and I also don’t know who put all the rubbish on our verges!
