Grey wins hockey encounter 3-0

THE Grey High first team defeated a plucky Westering outfit 3-0 in a schoolboys hockey encounter at the weekend.

Stuart Grenfell opened the scoring with a field goal from close range in the 10th minute, followed shortly afterwards by a penalty corner drag flick from Colby Posthumus to make it 2-0 at half time.

In the second half, Chris Wynford rounded off a Grey attack down the right flank with an easy tap-in at the far post to make it 3-0.
