Why was he charged with tender fraud and manipulation? Why has he been charged with hate speech? When will he “pay back the money” he owes in income tax? Bob Mugabe will never step down even after a “call” from one of his disciples! Malema has proven so often that he is the most racially motivated loudmouth in Africa! SANDY

CLIMATE change has always been happening, in spite of Karl Beyleveld’s protestations to the contrary (“Global warming a load of rot”, June 20). The question now is whether it is aggravated by the carbon dioxide levels in the atmosphere caused by mankind’s activities (over 400 ppm). This requires complex modelling and the vast majority of scientists have confirmed this anthropogenic link. Read the literature, not the comic books written by denialists. ECKART
