ANC to blame for hike in rates

THE financial ineptitude of the previous ANC municipal leadership is the cause of the current rates hike.

We in Port Elizabeth have to endure for a while, but great relief will come. The metro is now going to grow economically at a staggeringly sustained rate and lead the nation!

We will then have the lowest rates, and water and electricity charges in the country!

Mayor Athol Trollip was very courageous to stand for this metro leadership position.

Because his mercy triumphs over judgment, his name will be made great in this nation and beyond!
