DON’T ALLOW DRINKING AT BEACH WHAT a totally insane suggestion to demarcate an area on the beach for the use of people drinking alcohol (“Plan for beach boozing spots”, October 13), or is it an early April 1 joke? Imagine the robbery, rape, murder, etc that will take place when these inebriated people mingle in the alcohol-free areas. No lifesavers, it will be too dangerous for them.
