MALABAR CONCERT
THE Nirvana Performing Arts Circle and the Indian Consulate present Indian classical musicians Poorvi Bhana on sitar and Saradindu Adhikari on tabla in Malabar tomorrow night. The concert marks two significant centenaries – the birth of the late Nelson Mandela and the 100th anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi's satyagraha (passive resistance). PARKRUN IN PE
TAKE part in one of the three parkruns in Port Elizabeth – PE Hobie Beach, Lady Slipper and Sardinia Bay. The parkrun is a 5km fun run at 8am every Saturday. It is free and open to all but if you want a time please register for a barcode at www.parkrun.co.za. The Hobie run starts at the palm tree next to Shark Rock Pier, the Sardinia Bay run starts at the Grass Roof in Heron Road, and the Lady Slipper run is at Slipperfields.
