KASI FUN RUN

FREEDOM DAY PARKRUNS

TOMORROW there will be the chance to take part in one or more “Freedom Runs” on the three parkrun routes in Port Elizabeth. No barcode is required for these runs as they are not timed. The first run is at Lady Slipper, at 8am, followed by the Sardinia Bay run at 10am and ending with the PE Hobie Beach route at 12 noon. On Saturday, you may take part in one of the three regular weekly parkruns in Port Elizabeth: PE Hobie Beach, Lady Slipper and Sardinia Bay. The parkrun is a 5km fun run at 8am every Saturday, which is free and open to all but if you want a time please register for a barcode at www.parkrun.co.za. The Hobie run starts at the palm tree next to Shark Rock Pier, the Sardinia Bay run starts at the Grass Roof in Heron Road, and the Lady Slipper run at Slipperfie­lds.
