Malabar murder case postponed to next week
FINAL arguments will be heard next week in the case of a young Port Elizabeth man who broke into a Malabar home and allegedly killed businessman Bhaven Moodley in January 2016.
Rihaad Salegie, 26, who pleaded guilty to the housebreaking charge, but denied any involvement in the murder, appeared briefly in the Port Elizabeth High Court yesterday, where his case was postponed to next Wednesday for the state and defence to present closing arguments.
Moodley was strangled to death in his Crammer Street home on January 17 2016.
