The “Happy Swami” Anubhavana­nda from India will lead a one-day spiritual retreat tomorrow at the Willows Resort and Conference Centre in Marine Drive from 7am to 4pm. PARKRUNS IN PE

Take part in one of the three parkruns in Port Elizabeth: PE Hobie Beach, Lady Slipper and Sardinia Bay. The parkrun is a 5km fun run at 8am every Saturday, which is free and open to all but if you want a time please register for a barcode at www.parkrun.co.za. The Hobie run starts at the palm tree next to Shark Rock Pier, the Sardinia Bay run starts at the Grass Roof in Heron Road, and the Lady Slipper run at Slipperfie­lds.
