ARTS FESTIVAL
Nelson Mandela Bay group Ikati Esengxoweni is headlining the Mamela Arts Festival at the PE Opera House on Saturday. The Cotton Fields, Mahesh Narotam, Poetic Soul, Clique Claq, Edgar Muzah and Nomabotwe Mtimkulu will also perform at the Eastern Cape department of sport, recreation, arts and culture event is on the main stage from 6pm.
