The Hope Jones Foundation is hosting a vintage affair fundraiser on Tuesday October 2 at the Tramways building at 6.30pm. There will be a fashion show, auction, competitio­ns for best-dressed and vintage cars, and food stalls.

QUILT SHOW

The Dias Quilter’s Guild Spring Show is from October 2-6 at Victoria Park Grey Primary School in First Avenue, Walmer. It is open from 9am to 5pm daily. On Friday, opening hours will be extended to 8pm and on Saturday the show will end at 4pm. Entrance is R20, or R50 for a week pass.
