Despatch Pioneers and Motherwell Academy, who were tied just two points behind the log leaders, blew their chances.

Pioneers were thrashed 4-1 by Highland Spurs while Motherwell were held to a 2-2 draw by Young Teenagers.

Spurs’ win was their first of the season while the defeat sees Pioneers drop to seventh.

After holding Golden Aces to a 1-1 draw on Saturday, FC Winners beat Roaring Tigers 4-2 on Sunday.

The four points see Winners climb from 15th to joint third.

Bush Bucks returned to their winning ways by beating Major Chiefs 2-1.

Bucks are now one of three teams tied in second place, just a point behind the log leaders. ● Young Aces have their noses ahead in the Pefa Marina Salt Premier League after recording a successive win of 2-0 against Bush Bucks on Saturday.

Three teams are tied just a point behind Aces:

United Brothers thrashed Black Chiefs 6-0. Real Aces and Extension United, who are tied with Brothers, both scored 2-0 victories over Young Bucks and Black Chiefs respectively.
