POETRY FESTIVAL

JAZZ FOR ALL

Jazz 33 presents Jazz for All with five local bands on Saturday April 20 from 3pm until late at Lawson Brown sports field in Roosevelt Road, Glendinnin­gvale. SPLASH FESTIVAL

Snotkop, DJ Ganyani and Sdudla NoMa1000 headline the entertainm­ent at the Splash Festival at Hobie Beach in Port Elizabeth from Friday April 19 to Monday April 22. EASTER AT WILLOW DAM

VOETSAC HIKING CLUB OUTINGS

The Voetsac Hiking Club is taking a group up Lady Slipper on Saturday April 20. There are two hikes: the easy front face hike of 6km, and the moderate hike to the tower of 9km. Each hike will cost R25.

QUARRY BIRDING

Andy Nixon will lead a bird watching outing on Saturday April 20 to the Morgrove Quarry in Cotswold. Meet at the Pick and Pay parking area in Fourth Avenue, Newton Park, at 7am for the short outing. SARDS BARK PARK

The Sards Market in the Park is holding an Easter afternoon on Saturday April 20 from 1pm to 6pm at the Sards Bark Park, 418 Sardinia Bay Road, Lovemore Park. Entry is free and there will be food, crafts and gifts on sale, with live music, paintball and jumping castles. The market is open to families, children and dogs. KEISKAMMA ART

The Keiskamma Trust has brought selected works, including the Keiskamma Guernica, to Port Elizabeth for an exhibition at the NMM Art Museum in Park Drive.

BOATS GAME AT SANCCOB

The African Youth Waste Network invites schoolchil­dren to compete in a Boats powered by Tangibl tournament at Sanccob on Tuesday April 23 from 1pm to 4.30pm. Boats is a mobile game which educates players about plastics in the ocean. RSVP by April 18.
