Accident Panel and Paint celebrate year of excellent service

Specialist vehicle repairer Accident Panel and Paint celebrated a year of going the extra mile with high-quality workmanshi­p and customer service in November.

The automotive body shop, which focuses on panelbeati­ng, spray painting and chassis straighten­ing, is convenient­ly situated in Walmer, Port Elizabeth, with a second branch in Johannesbu­rg.

As testament to their service excellence and growing customer base, Accident Paint and Panel is a member of the South African Motor Body Repairers Associatio­n (SAMBRA) and approved as a major structural repairer (MSR), which is the highest grading awarded by the industry body. It is also a proud member of the Retail Motor Industry Organisati­on (RMI), a VDQ-qualified estimator and preferred repairer by all leading insurance companies. Accident Panel and Paint makes use of Dr Smash software and Audatex, with clients kept updated on the progress of their repairs via Audawatch.

The accident repair specialist offers a wide range of services, such as an oven-bake spray-painting booth, specialise­d welding and electronic equipment, a mobile chassis straighten­er, under-floor filtration bays, panel beating bays and the use of the renowned German refinishin­g paint brand Spies Hecker, which carries a 36-month warranty on paintwork.

“We have also recently invested in additional state-ofthe-art repair technology, which includes Spectra automatic colour matching, a 13,000-amp spot welder, two chassis measuring systems, and an eco-friendly water borne system,” said Singh.

Accident Panel and Paint performs minor and major structural repairs to all vehicles with a 36-month guarantee on workmanshi­p. Its SpeedLine service guarantee completion of repairs under R10,000 within three days, subject to the availabili­ty of spares.
