Makhadzi returns to dating eight months after break-up

- Constance Gaanakgomo

Singer Makhadzi says she is ready to get back to the dating game.

Taking to her Facebook timeline, she shared with her followers that she has been single for a while now.

“So I must be single until when?

“It’s been full eight months and no-one coming to fool me. “Guys I miss being in love. “This is no longer normal,” she wrote.

She and Master KG have had an on-and-off relationship for the past three years and each year they seemed to be breaking up, but they found a way to each other’s arms again.

Earlier this year, when Master KG announced their split on Facebook, the musician and music producer said he and his “queen” Makhadzi were no longer together but would continue to work together for their fans.

The Limpopo celebrity couple first broke up publicly in 2020 after they chose to focus on their careers.

“Me and Makhadzi parted ways months ago to focus on our careers.

“We are still young and we need to achieve big things.

“[We] hope everyone understands and respects that.

“I am no longer going to answer anything related to this. Thanks,” Master KG said.

Taking to her Facebook Live in 2021, Makhadzi hoped her fans would get the message she and KG would never be a thing again. The musician took time up to catch up with her fans and share what she’d been up to.

However, as soon as she went live, the first question asked of the Red Card singer was “what really happened” between her and Master KG.

“What happened between Master KG and I is we decided to be a brother and sister.

“We are OK. We are cool,” she said before telling fans they had to be OK with that because she has moved on and had a “jealous” boyfriend.

So I must be single until when? … Guys I miss being in love. This is no longer normal’
