CORRECTION

Accompanying our lead article last week, “Tough road ahead for families living with dementia” we ran two articles, “No power to act” and “Court approval for growth assets”. They referred to the lack of an enduring power of attorney for families to act on behalf of incapacitated relatives and a recent case brought by Maitland on behalf of a couple suffering from Alzheimer’s Disease. In these reports, we incorrectly referred to the senior manager of private clients at Maitland, Louis Venter, as Louis van Vuuren. Personal Finance regrets the error.
