Kenya unity call

MACHAKOS: Kenyan President Uhuru Kenyatta led the nation in marking Heroes’ Day yesterday amid calls for peace and unity.

He urged political leaders to avoid utterances that might undermine peace and cohesiveness as the country headed for general elections.

He also urged Kenyans to move away from politics based on ethnicity. – Xinhua
