Dlamini Zuma will be next president

-

IT IS becoming clear that Dr Nkosazana Dlamini Zuma will be the next president, now that the ANC in KwaZulu-Natal, ANC Women’s League (ANCWL) and Youth League, MK Military Veterans Association (MKMVA) support her. There are risks though that the ANC might lose Gauteng and get less than 50% of the national vote in 2019.

They might end up with a coalition government after the next election. The Dlamini Zuma campaign is well organised and well funded.

Come Women’s Month in August and you will see the ANCWL campaigning for Nkosazana. Most women say it is time for a woman to lead.

Deputy President Cyril Ramaphosa’s campaign is slow and time is against them. The Dlamini Zuma campaign is on the ground working very hard to convince the ANC branches.

The Ramphosa campaign does not have a clear strategy such as Dlamini Zuma’s. If the ANC went to an elective conference tomorrow, Dlamini Zuma will win with an outright majority. Ramaphosa can only rely on Limpopo, Gauteng, Western Cape and the Eastern Cape.

The Eastern Cape used to determine the outcome of national conference elections but it is now divided and can be bought easily by Guptas.

They want to push Lindiwe Sisulu but it’s now too late.

The DA, EFF and IFP will win Gauteng in the 2019 elections showdown.

At least this will help them for the 2024 elections, where l believe the DA, EFF and IFP will govern South Africa. SIDWELL TSHINGILANE
