Soon after midnight a resident at Melton Gardens called the company’s 24-hour control room for assistance as there were suspects on his premises. On Friday night a person reported that suspects were attempting to break in at a tavern, but they ran away when they saw the response officers.

In the early hours of Sunday response officers were summoned by an alarm at a general dealer’s, where they apprehended one suspect who was handed over to the police.
