MENTORSHIP Foundation Africa, a youth platform that aims to create inter-generational dialogues among the youth of Africa on pertinent issues facing youth development, will host a dialogue in Queenstown on January 30.

Co-founder and chairman Masonwabe Fuma, speaking to The Rep on Monday, said the dialogue – themed “What can the youth of Queenstown do to empower and develop themselves?” will have subject leaders share their expertise and knowledge.

“The sessions will be flexible to allow interaction between panellists and the audience via a question and answer session. The organisation aims to foster mentorship and robust debates around youth social ills, unemployment and education issues.”

He said the young people of South Africa were the future leaders, businessmen and politicians with the concern that young people resorted to crime and substance abuse when facing challenges.

The dialogue will take place at the Queens Casino and Hotel conference facility.
