WELL DONE: Queen’s College pupil Gabriel de Jongh, 15, was invited by Border Junior Golf to play in the men’s strokeplay championsh­ips over 54 holes at the East London Golf Club last weekend. He was drawn with last year’s champion, Dion Kahts, and also played with old Queenians Jarred Scharneck (the last to be awarded golf colours at QC) and Niel du Preez, now playing in Aliwal North. Gabriel will play in the African junior open championsh­ips at the Fish River on August 11 and 12
